What will you do?
- Setting up and operating the press brake / CNC bending machines (press brake role)
- Setting up and operating laser cutting machines (laser role)
- Loading and unloading machines, ensuring material supply
- Checking the quality of produced parts (measuring, comparing with drawings)
- Identifying deviations or malfunctions and (in simple cases) resolving them independently
- Carrying out preventive maintenance according to schedule (cleaning, lubricating, minor adjustments)
- Reporting production data, deviations and efficiency improvements
- Collaborating with work preparation / technical services to manage production orders effectively
- Assisting with other sheet metal processes or tasks within the department where needed
Who are you?
- Secondary vocational level in a technical field or demonstrable experience in metalworking
- Experience with CNC machines, preferably press brakes and/or laser cutting machines
- Technical insight and a structured, precise working attitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Eye for quality standards and tolerance requirements
- Independence combined with willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility regarding working hours (shift changes possible during peak production)
- Problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
